Description
Issue Summary
When there are shared filters created when the user profile is set to "English" if the others are using it whose profile language other than "English" the "JQL" is getting not getting translated when there are decimal numbers present in JQL and the "shared filter" is not working as the decimals in JQL is not getting translated.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a custom field with a name in the "French" language of the "number" type.
- Give the custom field some "Decimal" values.
- Create a filter with some "JQL" like below, save the filter when the user profile is set to "English" and share it with a group.
- Log in as a different user whose profile is set to a different language other than "English" and try to access the "shared filter".
Expected Results
The "JQL" saved in the "shared filter" should be translated to the user's profile language and results should be displayed like below:
Actual Results
The below error is thrown if we use the same filter when the user profile is set to "French", but the user is expecting it to be working despite the user's profile language.
Workaround
As a workaround manually edit the decimal numbers in double-quotes with a comma(,) separator instead of (.) which will give results.
