Change 'from name' in send mail to full name

      In the general configuration, there is

      Email from: ${fullname} (JIRA)

      That should result in "John Chin (JIRA)" displayed as a sender's name.

      But the message received displays "admin" which is my username.

      After sending an email via Administration > Mail > Send Email.

      As a user, it will be great if JIRA able to display full name.
