Print Preview does not show all pages for attachments (PDF)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an issue
2. Add a PDF attachment(which has more than 4 pages, attached sample for reference)
3. Click on the Attachment to view it
4. Right-click and click print
5. Print preview shows only two pages

Expected Results

Print preview of an attachment (PDF) needs to show all pages

Actual Results

Print preview of an attachment (PDF) does not show all pages and limit is set to 2

Workaround

To print all pages, the file must be downloaded first.
