Summary

The user wants the ability to turn off the "Get local help" icon positioned throughout the instance. (Ex. Next to "Priority" field when creating an issue)

The function of this Get local help icon is to connect to the Atlassian Help Center and provide user guides or knowledge base if necessary.

The user wants more control over the look and feel of the instance and if not necessary to the users within the instance, the user wants the option to remove it. 

Expected Results

To be able to turn on/off the get local help icons that are positioned in the user interface.

Actual Results

The user has no option but to allow the local help icons to be activated/deactivated in the user interface of the instance.
