This was one of those differences between Confluence and Jira that endlessly stands out to me for its inconsistency. In Confluence, the 'Manage apps' link in the menu bar goes to the manage apps page, while in Jira it goes to the 'Find new apps' page. The link itself in the menu bar has an identifier inconsistent with its user-facing name: ?source=side_nav_find_new_addons

This looks especially wonky if one hits 'gg' and types out 'manage apps' in Jira.

I'd suggest that the shortcut either be named 'Manage apps' and take users to the page of the same name, or the shortcut be renamed 'Find new apps' or a more generalized 'Apps' to avoid the confusion altogether.
