Manage apps link in Cog menu and system menu leads to an incorrect URL

Hi Team

In Jira UPM "Manage apps" link in both Cog menu and in system menu bar leads to find apps link <JIRA_URL>/plugins/servlet/upm/marketplace?source=side_nav_find_new_addons instead of <JIRA_URL>/plugins/servlet/upm?source=side_nav_manage_addons

It is correct in Bamboo, partially in Bitbucket, Confluence and even in Fisheye and Crucible.

Why not in Jira?

I would like to Manage my Apps not find new ones from cog menu.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on the "Manage apps" link in Cog menu

or

1. Click on the "Manage apps" link in system menu bar

Expected Results

After a click on "Manage apps" the "Manage my Apps" screen is opened (browser is redirected to <JIRA_URL>/plugins/servlet/upm?source=side_nav_manage_addons)

Actual Results

After a click on "Manage apps" the "Find new Apps" screen is opened (browser is redirected to <JIRA_URL>/plugins/servlet/upm/marketplace?source=side_nav_find_new_addons)

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
