      Summary

      Cannot remove user from shared with panel in a JSD issue

      Environment

      JIRA Service Desk 3.15.2

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new user with username that starts with '0'. Example '06744'
      2. Share an issue with user
      3. Click on the remove user link from the customer portal

      Expected Results

      User should be removed from the ticket

      Actual Results

      "unable to get user"

      Notes

      Workaround

      • Remove the user from shared with from the internal portal
      • Avoiding the use of numeric usernames
