Dropdowns are misaligned on Windows

      Issue Summary

      Dropdown fields in Jira are misaligned when accessing Jira from any browsers on Windows.

      Environment

      • Reproduced on Windows 10 and Windows 8.
      • Any browser

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Access Jira
      2. Navigate to Profile
      3. Click on the Pencil icon to edit the User Preferences

      The same behavior can be seen in regular dropdown fields (Select Lists) in issue screens. For example:
