Issue is only reproducible on Windows. Unable to reproduce on Chrome on MacOS.

Environment
Jira 7.12.3
Chrome on Windows

Steps to reproduce
Create custom field of type "Select List (Single choice)" and add it to screens
Create new issues and click in the custom field drop down

Observed behaviour
The bottom is cut off and letters like "g","p","q","y" won't display correctly
