The comments section of Jira easily gets convoluted with multiple conversations happening simultaneously. 

As a Jira user, I would like to be able to leave a reply to a specific comment on a ticket and not have my comment appear at the bottom of the thread so that my comment can be directly associated with the comment to which I am responding rather than just getting added to the bottom of the list.
