Summary
Creating an issue as a user with no Edit Issue permission fails when setting JPO Team field during issue creation
Steps to Reproduce
- Install Portfolio (2.12.x)
- Create a Jira Software Project with Sample Data
- Create Shared Teams in Portfolio
- Add the Team field to the Create/Edit/View screens to the project
- Create a new user account
- Ensure that this account has Browse Project / Create Issue permission but not Edit Issue permission
- Log in as the new user account
- Create an issue and set the team in the Team field
- The creation of the ticket will fail with an error
Expected Results
You should be able to create an issue
Actual Results
You receive the following error when trying to create an issue
"We can't create this issue for you right now, it could be due to unsupported content you've entered into one or more of the issue fields. If this situation persists, contact your administrator as they'll be able to access more specific information in the log file."
