      When writing or copying a URL that contains a special character into the text field such as a comment, or description

      Environment

      Was able to reproduce this in both version 7.2 and 7.8

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Write a comment that contains a URL including a special character

      Expected Results

      The url is fully rendered and clickable

      Workaround

      Encapsulate the url using the [ and ] brackets.
