Summary
Inserting a table in Visual mode and save it will cause the table to be misformatted.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open any Service Desk project issues from the Queues.
- Add or edit description/comment.
- Make sure you are on the Visual mode.
- Insert or copy a table to Description or Comment by using the  > Table. > Table.
- Save by 'Share with customer' or 'Comment internally'.

Workaround
Re-edit the description/comment in text mode to fix the table format.
Notes
This is only reproducible when the URL of the issue is like <base-URL>/projects/<project-key>/queues/custom/<queue-id>/<issue-key>. It's working fine if editing the issue on a page URL like <base-URL>/browse/<issue-key>.
