Inserting a table in Visual mode and save it will cause the table to be misformatted.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any Service Desk project issues from the Queues.
2. Add or edit description/comment.
3. Make sure you are on the Visual mode.
4. Insert or copy a table to Description or Comment by using the > Table.
5. Save by 'Share with customer' or 'Comment internally'.

Workaround

Re-edit the description/comment in text mode to fix the table format.

Notes

This is only reproducible when the URL of the issue is like <base-URL>/projects/<project-key>/queues/custom/<queue-id>/<issue-key>. It's working fine if editing the issue on a page URL like <base-URL>/browse/<issue-key>.
