Support for Oracle 18c

Atlassian Update – 28 August 2019 New Oracle versions, new JDBC driver We've added support for new Oracle versions — 18c and 19c for Jira Software and Jira Service Desk. It will be available starting from Jira 8.4 (coming soon). For Portfolio for Jira, the support for Oracle 18c/19c is planned on our roadmap and will be available in the future versions. If you want to use these Oracle database versions, see  Connecting Jira to Oracle  to make them work with your Jira. While working on this, we've also upgraded the JDBC driver that we're using to test Jira with Oracle to JDBC 19.3 ( ojdbc8 ). To be safe, you should also upgrade your driver.
