German translation error for March abbreviations in (Issue View - Dates)

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Change Default Language to Deutsch (Deutschland)
      2. Go to any issue which created/ updated in March

      Expected Result:
      JIRA should show "Mrz" instead of "Mär"

      Actual Result:
