Summary

When using Deutsch as the default language in Jira, 'March'/'Marz' is displayed as 'M&aumI;r'

Steps to reproduce

1. Change Default Language to Deutsch (Deutschland)
2. Go to any issue which created/ updated in March
3. Hover on the time for the pop-up

Expected Result

JIRA should show "März" or the standard "Mrz" instead of "M&aumI;r"
Note: I typed the "&aumI;" as "i" in uppercase for illustration purposes. Please assume it as "L" in lowercase.
