Summary

When using Shift+Del and Shift+Insert shortcuts to cut the text and paste it, this doesn't work when editing text in Visual mode

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a comment
2. Write text in Visual mode
3. Use Shift+Delete to cut the text and Shift+Insert to try pasting it back

Expected Results

The text should be pasted from the clipboard.

Actual Results

The text isn't pasted in the clipboard. Instead it pastes the on copied previously or doesn't paste anything.

Workaround

Use Ctrl+X and Ctrl+V for cutting and pasting text, respectively.

Notes

• This doesn't happen when editing text in Text mode.
• Tested on Firefox and Chrome, on Windows and Linux.
