Problem Definition

When viewing any issues, go to 'More' then 'Link'. In the 'This issue' field, users are able to select the type of link to create. The problem is when the instance has many of the link types (see attached screenshot), the list of options will be very long. It can be troublesome as most of the link types may not even be related to the project.

Suggested Solution

Allow users to configure link types available based on projects
