Problem Definition

Some mail servers add single quotation mark around the email address.
When the catch email address has quotation marks, Jira cannot process it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set a catch email address info@company.com
2. Send a mail to 'info@company.com'

Results

Jira doesn't process the message, and gave an error on incoming-mail-log:
"Cannot handle message as the recipient(s) do not match the catch email"

Suggested Solution

Improve JIRA mail handler so it parses mail without single quotes around the mail address.
