Summary

Visual / Text editor options can become locked out and unselectable until page is refreshed

Environment

Jira Server 7.6.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an issue in Jira
2. Click the Comment button
3. Select the "TEXT" option in the editor itself
4. Refresh the browser page
5. Return to add a new comment once more
6. Click the "TEXT" option again at the bottom of the comment window

Expected Results

Nothing should happen, the session has already selected Text as the editor mode.

Actual Results

The options for both Visual and Text become immediately greyed out and unselectable on the page.
Only way to revert this is to refresh the page. At which point you can then select which ever mode you want again correctly.
