Problem

When adding a second comment on an issue in Visual mode, the cursor jumps and nothing is showing on the comment textbox but the characters were actually there when you switch to Text mode.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an issue in IE 11 and start adding a comment
2. Now, click on the comment button again
3. Start typing on visual mode and you could see that the cursor jumps on the following line for each character that you type.
4. Switch to Text mode and the characters that you typed were actually there but not visible in Visual mode.
5. Go back to visual mode and it will show empty.

Expected Behaviour

• You'd be able to type characters in Visual mode and be able to see the texts that you typed

Actual Behaviour

• Not able to type texts in visual mode and not able to view the characters in visual mode.
