It would be nice if there was a "3 dot action menu" for each issue in a Service Desk queue that could be used to manipulate the issue, similar to what is available when viewing a list of sub-tasks in a story.
I've attached a screenshot to clarify what I'm talking about, but feel free to ask for any clarification if I'm not being clear
