in an global enterprise environment, smart archiving of data is a must to keep the tools speedy and snappy to the end-users. the current way of working with permission schemes and removing the "old" projects from the query hit is not something that will work in the longer term.

is this still under investigation how to solve this? i know Atlassian was doing this a couple of years back but stopped this track somewhere..
