Description of problem:
When Running JIRA Software Data Center in AWS upgrades are performed by changing the version in the AWS console.
The only version that is currently available is 7.2.3.
Current Behavior:
"Could not download installer"
Example:
When attempting to upgrade to 7.2.6: "Could not download installer from https://s3.amazonaws.com/atlassian-software/releases/jira/atlassian-jira-software-7.2.6-x64.bin"
Expected Behavior:
Versions of JIRA that have been publicly released are available to JIRA Data Center customers on AWS using cloudformation templates.
