      Summary

      When import issue via Issues > Import Issues from CSV the time tracking field is empty

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Issues > Import Issues from CSV
      2. Choose CSV file and configure settings
      3. Map Original estimate, Remaining Estimate, Time spent and Summary Fields
      4. Validate and Import

      Expected Results

      The issue is imported and time tracking details is displayed on the right of an issue page. (time tracking available screen shot)

      Actual Results

      The issue is imported but time tracking details is not displayed on the right of an issue page.(time tracking not available screen shot)

      Workaround

      Import Issue via external system import as mentioned in Running the CSV file import wizard page.

      Additional Note

      Unable to reproduce this issue in latest version of JIRA due to JRA-60260 bug

            [JRASERVER-64807] Time Tracking Field is Empty for CSV Issue Import

            Tested importing with JIRA 7.4.3 Server. Values for Original Estimate and Remaining Estimate were corrupted - original 1 day was imported as 2 mins. Reference JIRA 2017-08-23T10-13-37+0200.csv
