      Summary

      When import issue via CSV getting Unable to parse time spent warning during validation step.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Issues > Import Issues from CSV
      2. Choose CSV file and configure settings
      3. Map Original estimate, Remaining Estimate, Time spent (in seconds) and Summary Fields
      4. Validate and Import

      Expected Results

      The issue is imported without any warnings.

      Actual Results

      The issue is imported with Unable to parse time spent warning.

      Workaround

      Import issue and edit issue manually to log work
