Summary

Project Categories are not showing under Display Projects, but instead, shows blanks with checkboxes next to them.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to User Management and select a user that is apart of projects in separate project categories
2. Click View Project Roles
3. Click Edit Project Roles
4. Scroll down to various categories 
5. Check a category-level box to select all projects under that category

Expected Results

Category names to be next to "Project Category:"

'Select all' checkbox checks all projects under that category.

Actual Results

No category name appears next to "Project Category", and category check boxes do not work. Users have to select projects individually.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
