Clicking a project category role no longer auto select all underlying projects.

      Environment needed.

      • Have a few projects.
      • Have different project categories configured.
      • Have project roles configured.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to User Management: Click on the cog icon > User Management
      2. Select a user and click on "View JIRA Project Roles", then "Edit Project Roles".
      3. Click on the Project Category role

      Expected Results

      All projects under that category will have the role box checked.

      Actual Results

      Only the category role box will be checked.

      Notes

      In some cases, when there are "Uncategorized Projects", clicking on a Uncategorized project role will work as expected
