Problem Definition

When JIRA Gadgets queries its text resources via browser, JIRA's back-end attempts to do an internal call to itself using the BaseURL. In case of complex network setup this could be a problem as proxy might not allow connection from JIRA back to JIRA.

Workaround

As an JIRA Administrator I want JIRA to do call to itself by internal call instead of remote network call
