Problem:
Comment field's Wiki Style renderer is not consistent. If there's a file attached on the issue, the Attachment button is available. However, when there's no attachment, the Wiki Style renderer will not show the Attachment button.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a Screen and associate it to a transition
- Transition an issue and observe the screens that will pop up
- If there's an existing file attached on the issue before transitioning the ticket, the Attachment button in the Comment field's Wiki Style renderer is there.
- If no attachment is uploaded on the issue prior to transitioning the issue, the button is missing.
Expected behaviour:
The attachment button in the Wiki Style Renderer should be consistently present regardless of a file is attached on the issue or not.
Actual Behaviour:
It seems that the appearance of the Attachment button in the Wiki Style Renderer of Comment field depends on the presence/absence of a file in the ticket
