    Description

      We should rewrite the dashboard to be portal-like (akin to something like my.yahoo.com).

      Different 'portlets' can be added to the left and right columns, and reodered.

      Two different types of portlets initially - saved filters and projects.

      • Saved filters can have a max number of issues to display, and a sort order.
      • Projects store whether to display a 'full display' or a brief one.

      Also maybe default portlets for non-selected projects, introduction and saved filters?

      What to do about Administration portlet?
