Summary
In JIRA Service Desk, it is possible to integrate the Confluence knowledge base to the issue navigator but for the issue collector, this is not possible.
Having the knowledge base on the issue collector will allow user to refer to the documentations before raising issues via the collector; potentially saving customer time.
It is a good feature to have!
