      Issue Summary

      Creating a sub-task using the actions drop down under Issues in Epic will link the ticket back to the parent Epic ticket and not the selected issue.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an issue in epic.
      2. Click the ⚙️ Actions menu next to the new issue and select Create sub-task.
      3. The sub-task will be created under the Epic instead of the selected issue.

      Expected Results

      The sub-task will be created as a child of the issue selected within the epic.

      Actual Results

      The sub-task is created as a child of the epic.

      Workaround

      1. Open up the selected issue found under Issues in Epic in a new tab
      2. Select More → Create sub-tasks
