Support Tools Plugin does not download the JIRA Service Desk RegEx file, so does not provide matches for JSD issues

      Summary

      When running the Log Analyzer in Support Tools it does not retrieve the RegEx XML file, so it will not match any KB / bugs.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Schedule the log analyzer when there is a valid result in the logs for JIRA Service Desk (JSD).

      Expected Results

      Results are returned for JSD.

      Actual Results

      They're not.
