Summary
When running the Log Analyzer in Support Tools it does not retrieve the RegEx XML file, so it will not match any KB / bugs.
Steps to Reproduce
Schedule the log analyzer when there is a valid result in the logs for JIRA Service Desk (JSD).
Expected Results
Results are returned for JSD.
Actual Results
They're not.
