Description
Steps to reproduce
- Enable/install JIRA Service Desk or JIRA Suite Utilities add-on;
- Perform a re-index;
- Restart JIRA;
Expected result
JIRA wouldn't prompt for a re-index.
Actual result
It will prompt for a re-index due to changes on "Plugins" section.
Workaround
- Proceeding with a re-index will get rid of the message, but just until JIRA is restarted again.
Notes:
- Same behavior is reproduced after both background and foreground re-index.
