      Summary

Can't set "Start date" and "Release date" in a version when using Japanese.
I couldn't reproduce this problem with any other language even if the language contains multi-byte characters (like Korean, French).

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set your language to Japanese in User Profile
      2. Go to プロジェクト管理 > バージョン page (Project setting > Versions page)
      3. Put a version name and click a calendar button
      4. Select a date in a dialog

      Expected Results

We can set "Start date" and "Release date" correctly.

      Actual Results

      The following error was shown.

      Notes

      • As I mentioned above, this problem doesn't occur with other languages than Japanese
      • Even if I set the date manually (put the date in "d/MMM/yy" format), the error persists
      • I could also reproduce this problem on Board > Release page
      • It seems to be similar to JRA-61665 but different problem

      Workaround

Change user's language to English and set the dates and turn the language back to the original one.
