Ticket priority is shown as just arrows (words missing)

      When priority is set on ticket, it is set as 'high', 'highest'...
      When showing priority in columnar view, it is shown as colored arrows.

      This may be saving space on screen, but as a user, it is forcing me to interpret colors.
      I find it that it's extra efforts for me to translate these colors to priorities especially.

      Priority is important field and should be displayed including TEXT instead of dropping text and just how colored arrows.

      Orange and Red are too close for 'hightest priority' tckets to stand out
