Unable to View or Edit Components in a Project

Summary

Cloud Customers are unable to view or edit Components in their project though they appear in the Summary Page

Steps to Reproduce

Unable to reproduce as new Components created show in the Components view

Expected Results

All Components show

Actual Results

Looking at the Project Summary, we see multiple components listed, however if we click the Components link in the sidebar, no components are shown. Noticed that the URL for this Components Page is https://URL/plugins/servlet/project-config/PROJECTKEY/administer-components

Using a different URL https://URL/plugins/servlet/project-config/PROJECTKEY/components, we can see the Components that were created

Notes

Attempted to create Components in the 'components' URL and they show in 'administer-components'

Navigate to the this Components page:
https://URL/plugins/servlet/project-config/PROJECTKEY/components
