Add pagination for "Screens" page

      Problem Definition

      When a customer has a large number of screens created in the Screens page https://<sitename>/secure/admin/ViewFieldScreens.jspa the page doesn't load, it times out showing a message of Page unavailable. The results are the same should you access it through the navigation menu or just pasting the link in the browser.

      Suggested Solution

      If we could add pagination, we could limit the number of screens to be displayed so it wouldn't time out.

      Workaround

      There's no workaround at the moment
