Need 'jira-project-config-plugin' source code for old JIRA versions

Summary

'jira-project-config-plugin' source code is missing in source downloads for JIRA 6.3.x. It's not available in https://maven.atlassian.com either.

Note

• According to JRA-43377, jira-project-config-plugin is available in JIRA 7.1.2. However, many customers are requesting the source code for versions before 7.1.2, e.g. 6.3.1 in this case

Suggestion

• Either make the missing plugin source code available in https://maven.atlassian.com for older versions than 7.1.2
• Or upload the source file to this ticket for users to download
