Dropdown menu in issue detail view does not work in IE 11 and Edge

Summary

When viewing an issue in the detail view of the Issue Navigator in Internet Explorer and Edge, all dropdown menu (More, Admin, Workflow, Export) in the issue view does not work.

Environment

• Internet Explorer 11
• Edge - issue reported in Edge, still confirming the issue can be replicated in this browser.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to JIRA and select Issues>>Search for issues.
2. Enter a query to populate a list of issues.
3. Select Detail View.
4. Click on the second or any issues in the list except the first issue.
5. In the issue detail view, click on More, Admin, Workflow or Export.

Expected Results

Clicking either button should provide a dropdown list of options as shown below:

Actual Results

The button is highlighted, but no dropdowns appear as shown in the screenshots below:

Workaround

• Refresh the page.
• Load the issue in the standard issue view allows the dropdowns to work.
• Use Firefox or Chrome.
