Graph Gadgets "Created vs. Resolved Issues Report" do not process the first day correctly

      Report: Created vs. Resolved Issues Report do not process the first day correctly. Not all the issues of the first day are taken into account and displayed. It depend on the hour you display the chart even if the period is Daily.

      Please consider the Correct and Bugged Chart screenshot attached for the 11 march 2016: the number of issues is different in the bugged and correct chart (the correct chart displayed from 10 march 2016 so it has only displaced the bug)
