When setting the boundary of the Created vs Resolved (CvR) gadget where the limit into the past (left-bound?) of the chart is on the same day as a high number of cases were created or resolved, only a fraction of them are represented in the chart numbers and graph. If the boundary exceeds this point (one more day into the past), the full number of issues is represented.
I am unable to reproduce this with "vanilla" data, however, when using the customer data, I can reproduce it immediately. In the customer's data, Dec 5 had 11 resolved cases, while the graph shows only one resolved issue that day. The resolutiondate timestamps for all eleven indicate that they were resolved on Dec 5. Rebuilding the indices and/or recreating the gadget do not fix the issue, nor does upgrading.
