Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit description of an issue
2. Add the following code

   {color:#14892c}colored text{color}
   
   h3. heading three
   

3. Navigate to the Issue Navigator
4. Export to Excel (All fields)

Expected Results

Excel export shows the text formatting accordingly

Actual Results

Wiki codes are displayed
