Excel export includes wiki markup

Summary

When exporting issues to Excel, the wiki formatting are exported in code form

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit description of an issue
2. Add the following code

   {color:#14892c}colored text{color}
   
   h3. heading three
   

3. Navigate to the Issue Navigator
4. Export to Excel (All fields)

Expected Results

Excel export shows the text formatting accordingly

Actual Results

Wiki codes are displayed
