"Add comment" textbox should appear on top of comments when comments are sorted descendingly

      The "Add comment" box always appears at the bottom of the comment list.

      This is quite natural (and usable) if your comments are sortet oldest->newest. But, if the sorting is reversed, you need so scroll up-down-up-down to see the last posts and enter new comments.
