Fields not exported to Excel (All fields / Current fields) or Word format

      From Issue Navigator export fields to Excel

      Current behaviour
      The exported file looks like an html file - after changing the extension to HTML it is a properly formatted web page.

      Exported .xls file:

      Similarly Word format seems to be in Printable format.

      Workaround
      I cannot find any workaround. The option does not seem to be under any other menu item.
