Historical information

I would really like a feature that shows you the current "rate" or speed of creating and fixing issues.
Examples of things I like to get from JIRA:

• the number of issues created in the last week, month, year, optionally specified by project, issuetype, priority, assignee, reporter, etc.
• the growth of issue creation and solving over a certain period (week, month, year)

This type of info gives an indication of development and/or project "speed" which can be very useful.
